I am an early-career researcher with experience in marine ecology and biodiversity, habitat restoration, and conservation. I hold a BSc in Genetics and Biotechnology and an MSc in Biodiversity, Genetics, and Evolution, with research at CIIMAR focused on kelp reforestation. I am currently working on the SpongeREST project, exploring the survivability and restoration potential of deep-sea sponges impacted by bottom-contact fisheries.
